Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, request the company profile, subscribe, leave feedback or use DiDi, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number, project requirement, meeting preference, feedback and chat messages. Basic technical and security information may also be processed to prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use it to respond to requests, coordinate consultations, deliver requested material, operate and improve the website, protect our services, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not publish feedback or personal contact information without review and appropriate permission.
Service providers and AI
We may use hosting, database, communication, analytics and AI providers to operate the service. DiDi may send the current conversation to OpenAI to answer from A&M Advisory's approved knowledge base. Do not enter Aadhaar numbers, financial details, passwords or other highly sensitive information in forms or chat.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal requirements and dispute prevention. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
Your choices
